Took me 3+ hours as well to score a set. This was truly a TOUGH battle to score! I actually thought this went on sale TONIGHT! I'm so glad the first thing I do in the morning is check HDN! Congrats to everyone else that was able to get an order in!...now if you'll excuse me, I have a set of twins that have not eaten or been changed in 3 hours

This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life, forget just among steelbooks....spent so much time in the middle of the busy part of the day, and at least 200 times fell through on the checkout page where you select billing address and shipping option....it would either go to Magento error or back to the Shopping Cart...

In between, once, I was able to reach the final button of Place Order and was getting redirected to PayPal when I got the error again, and the cart was empty when I got back....now, the worst part, I used $10 worth Nova reward points and they are gone and not credited back to my account....I was hopeful that it would mean my order was placed and payment could be processed again (like Kimchi) but no, in the Orders section, it is nowhere to be found....

Finally, had to start the long drive to work and kept checking on cell but could never get past shipping address option, and by the time I reached, I saw the sold out posts.....truly pathetic and I feel sad that such a quality looking product had to be hosted on such a miserable set up....

I got my confirmation mail right after my order.

I haven't gotten a confirmation email from Nova yet. PayPal payment went through and order says "processing" within the My Account page on Nova's site.

I was originally only planning to order 1 version
I had decided on the Full Slip
The Full Slip was not live at the time but the Lenticular was so I had to try to get at least one of them

I managed to get the Lenticular ordered and complete payment and got Nova and PayPal emails confirmation of my order
That only took me over 2 hours to get the order in
Very fast if you are a snail

Then I noticed the Full Slip was live and that took me another hour to complete my order
I did not get a confirmation Nova email this time but did get PayPal email

Both Orders are listed on my account so should be ok

So 3 hours 15 min it took me to order both Lenticular and Full Slip
I hope I like a pink box set on my shelf
We though this would sell out in a few minutes

So, what you're both saying is that you have potential deprived other members - who may have desperately actually wanted to get this steels for thier collections - just so that you can trade them later?

I told you all this would Drive you crazy. I bet nova's site had more people logged in than any other steelbook release so far. Just goes to show how in demand their releases are. I am betting at least 2000 different logins.

2000+...twice more than X-men Kimchidvd. I doubt it...but they should fix there server. Magento isn't cutting it anymore....

I did not get an e-mail from Nova just the usual paypal payment one, I checked my order on their site under My Account.

Came in from work at 4:20 and chanced a look at NM website. Couldn't believe what was happening there.

Got an order for the Triple after 50 mins but can honestly say this should have sold out in minutes not hours. So sorry for those that didn't get what they were after. Gave me the shivers thinking about kimchi previous buys.

#3168 order Number around 5:10 pm UK time.

I am still in shock!! That was the worst experience EVER trying to order a steelbook....

I still can't believe it.... That after 3 hours and 20 minutes of trying I finally got the Full Slip & Lenticular.....

Thanks to all my ninja buddies for the PM'S and support. And for putting up with my Exorcist behaviour....(head spinning) This is what makes this a great community to be part off...

I FINALLY managed to get the Lenticular.....
What a day! I will not forget this in a hurry....
Still I was extremely lucky to get at least the lenticular.....

Hey, I bought a lenti and full slip separately. In all likelyhood I'll probably keep one and trade the other, or I may keep both. Thats my prerogative as a consumer, no? I spent hours trying to get it so why not. Lots of people got all 3 - whats the difference?

I understand that....but this is Drive...not Iron Man. NM probably underestimated this particular title and they're server just crashed. It took 3-4 hours to sale out. I think at 500 logging in it still would've crashed. There server is just weak....
