This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life, forget just among steelbooks....spent so much time in the middle of the busy part of the day, and at least 200 times fell through on the checkout page where you select billing address and shipping option....it would either go to Magento error or back to the Shopping Cart...

In between, once, I was able to reach the final button of Place Order and was getting redirected to PayPal when I got the error again, and the cart was empty when I got back....now, the worst part, I used $10 worth Nova reward points and they are gone and not credited back to my account....I was hopeful that it would mean my order was placed and payment could be processed again (like Kimchi) but no, in the Orders section, it is nowhere to be found....

Finally, had to start the long drive to work and kept checking on cell but could never get past shipping address option, and by the time I reached, I saw the sold out posts.....truly pathetic and I feel sad that such a quality looking product had to be hosted on such a miserable set up....

I agree with you. I had the triple pack in my cart pretty much within a few minutes. I went through all of what you did and even had it thrown out of my cart seven times and still managed to get it back in. I was on for 3.5 hours and many times got to the PayPal part and got thrown out. I even had all three individuals and the tri-pack and then it wouldn't allow me to add K-packet - that option was nowhere to be seen! I lost count of how many times I got thrown out at all of the other stages but it had to be in the hundreds - I eventually got the sold out option but managed to add lenti and full slip.

I think they have shown absolute contempt for their customers again and even though I have these two copies I believe they should have cancelled and re-scheduled. No apologies, nothing - they should partner up with Zavvi to make the ultimate steelbook company!

The reason for that is the combined weight of the steelbooks. K-packet is only available for packages upto 2kg; above that you need to go with EMS.

So far previous releases and the lenti of drive were still available passed hours after live time. I don't think they can achieve what Kimchi does just for example with Thor 2 being sold under 7 min both exclusives versions and Frozen that was Craazzzyyyyyy sold out in less than 4 minutes...

If their website has allowed customers place an order it would have sold out in a few min
It took of lot of us over 2 hours just complete checkout for 1 version and the rest it took over 3 hours to get an order in and then they sold out
If they have of has proper servers and not had the website crash for over 2 hours constantly and then another hour of failed attempts to order this would have sold out at max of 10 min for all versions

Seriously p!$$ed off that I missed this. I spent nearly 2 hours trying to order this and finally gave up at 2am. It now 6am I have work to go to and I find out this is sold out. That disillusioned I'm actually thinking of giving up collecting steels altogether.

The magnificent, Magneto stood stern and fiercly with his helmet from hell, he showed merciless blocks of steel, with his army of internet Mutants guarding the NovaMedia Exclusive Drive Steelbook. If you should dare go back in this thread you will see Magneto insense many HDN collectors, some held their hands up and surrendered from his relentless and evil barrage, meanwhile others took the fight to Magneto and Nova Media and dismantled their resistance

It took me 2,5 hours from minute one then I had to get back to real life. With nothing, No tripak, no lenti, no 1/4.
Several times I was almost there to get one. Then came Magneto. A bit sad but extremely disappointed.
Can`t sit there half a day to buy a f..ing steel. They don`t honor the early bird.
I already see the nice and cheap prices for Drive
