having to rethink or hesitate on regular(no slip or full slip) steels(after collecting for 5 or more years now) asking for $30.00 or more. i'll wait it out for a lower price or miss it with no problem.
Black widow did. Had a fair amount of spot gloss. Like Shang chi.

Well if you consider zeta SteelBooks premium and they are flat.
Any steelbook that has a finish above plain matte is a premium finish. Unless of course the spot gloss is a tiny amount. Then on top you have title treatment (bossing). You say black widow didn’t implying you agree that Shang chi did when the only difference between them is a debossed title. Black widow probably has more spot gloss too because it has an equal amount on the back when Shang chi only has a small part. So if you think flat glossy zeta steels, early blufans and some kimchi steels that were flat or spot glossed have a premium finish then surely a normal steel with a good amount of spot gloss or title bossing has a premium finish. And both black widow and Shang chi does
In regards to using Amazon EU websites What customs charge on top ?????whilst waiting for the customs charge on top
For items that is amazon as the seller or fulfilled by amazon
Amazon EU websites Germany/Italy/France etc etc shipping to UK
Amazon EU websites apply UK vat at checkout
They remove EU country vat rate from price at checkout first before they apply UK vat so it's no difference to when UK was in EU
That's what they did even when UK was in EU
UK customers using Amazon EU websites
At checkout you will see price without vat
Then UK vat amount listed
At checkout the total price including shipping includes UK Vat
No customs charges apply when been delivered as Vat is already paid when ordering
You not paying anything extra
Amazon UK is the same in regards to EU customers ordering from Amazon UK they remove UK vat from price before they apply EU country vat rate
As long as the item is sold by amazon as the seller or is a third party listing fulfilled by amazon
It's only third party sellers listings that may attract customs as in items not sold by amazon or not fulfilled by amazon
What customs charge....both Black Widow and Shangi Chi came through for £25 and a few pence, ordered ON amazon UKwhilst waiting for the customs charge on top
