The last couple of years really threw me with this. I do end of year lists every year but I go by Irish release dates, which is what I went with here.
So Spotlight for me came out in January of 2016 & La La Land in January of this year.

Very solid list! I really wanted to add The Crow and The Truman Show to my list, too. Nice to see a fellow Pacific Rim fan! :D

@bloodsnake007 @Wreck @apsmith21 @digitalbabe I'd love to see your picks soon! ;)

@tridon Some years were SO HARD!!! I had 4 or 5 films battling it out for some years. And other years were super easy.

It was really fun to do this. Awesome thread @Noodles
Thanks man! I honestly didn't think anyone else would bother, since it's such a huge task... it's great to see others actually rising to the challenge though, as I'm loving seeing what people's favourites are (and also their true ages :p).

Awesome! Happy to see that you were up to the challenge, DB! :p

This is such a great list. Should get you together with my aunt one day. She's a massive Olivia Newton John fan from back in the day; has scrapbooks and everything. It's insane. :hilarious:

amended. No idea how that one happened. I was tempted to put a lot more Bond in but I keep it down. Was annoyed I couldn't get Star Trek The Wrah of Khan in but as I said 1982 was a tough year.

It's all good. I grew up on Roger Moore Bond films, so I thought about adding some Bond into my own list. And then Goldeneye is just an incredible film!

The Spy who Loved me was the 1st Bond I saw at the cinema and the one that got me interested in Bond. You should have seen everyone's Jaws drop at that opening sequence. You knew right away you were watching a classic.
