It's just one of those films that definitely hit you hard and make you realize how delicate and precious life is (it did to me at least). Now it's one of my most cherished films of ALL time! I even have a poster for it :photo:

@Noodles If you ever get a chance to experience it, I hope you enjoy it

2001 - Pearl Harbor

Seriously?. It has got to be one of the worst films I have ever seen. I saw it in the cinema and the audience I was with were laughing their arses off. When we left the cinema my mate said "Christ I haven't laughed so much since Monty Python's Life of Brian" If was a subject mater that required the deft touch of Tora Tora Tora!. Instead we got 'Allo 'Allo meets Armageddon.

It's far from being a favourite of mine, but I enjoyed Pearl Harbor too... in fact, I literally just picked it up on Blu-ray last week, only to then realise I already have a copy in the Bruckheimer box set.

Hmm yeah, it's not the first time it's happened to me either... I did the same thing with Tango & Cash - hunted around for a copy at a decent price for ages until I eventually just decided to pick it up at normal price, then it wasn't until a few weeks later I realised I already had it in a Stallone collection set. :banghead:
