Saw those prices?! FA joined the scalper's game. It is just ridiculousMore incoherent bullcrap from them:
"These editions will be offered at prices that correspond to time appreciation and market prices."
Translates to "We are going to scalp you like Connor Macleod did to Kurgan."
Yeah, I noticed they 'found' some of their long sold out editions a while ago, with 5× prices, if not more.
The bit about them 'parting ways' with their 'team' or whatever from the previous scribble, probably means most employees left because they were paid the same way, we were getting our editions, and now they're all but bankrupt, doing a yard sale of spare lenti cards and held up FACs.
So that basically told us nothing. I am still waiting for 6 titles from them only 1 of which they have mentioned this week I.e. shawshank.

May '23 was my last outstanding order...
I dare to think how much money now lost to Film Arena as well as Cinemuseum, over the 5 years of non deliveries.
As I'm not the only person affected, I can only imagine the hundreds of similar orders, the total cost of them all, and the lost trust we all have in said companies.

I got the credit as well and have 1 open order still with shawshank and clockwork.
How much is the credit in monetary value? Also, any guarantee they'll send what you buy?
So its about $20 US credit but there is no new info about existing orders at all.
It seems things may be picking back up at FA, though we will see if it actually brings results.
I finally received an email back from when I asked about my order of clockwork orange:
We would like to apologize for the long wait.
We kindly inform you that we are in the process of rescheduling our release plan and the first updated version should be presented soon. We are starting our release plan again and that is why we needed much more time than we expected.

Man, it would be awesome if they get their feel back under them and start fulfilling these outstanding orders. Nice to see them reaching out to make some headway.

Dear collectors,
we are back to you with further information. After a long time, as our situation has changed several times and we wanted to give you information when it is really clear, because during the last two years we have gone through a very turbulent period full of twists and turns, good and not so good.
Now we know the situation and what we are capable of doing next. We have already informed you about the intention to restart the release of postponed editions, and we were able to plan approximately 3 editions in advance. Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain discs for our editions, for some editions only partially, for most editions not at all. So we decided to release at least in limited count the editions for which we have discs and to cancel the release of the editions for which there are no discs. The conclusion is that we will not release the editions FAC #172 - 179, 181, 182, 183, 185, and the editions BB 31 and 32. Our plan is to cancel these orders and refund you the money for them on credit or to your account.
We are also introducing two new editions that were not originally announced, but are ready for sale and shipping. At the same time, we will be able to re-examine the functioning of our shipping capacity in real operation with these editions.

FAC #103 PROMETHEUS Edition 3 - GLOW IN THE DARK - release date 23. 3. 2026 - you can follow this edition HERE.
FAC #120 ALIEN - Edition 3 - GLOW IN THE DARK - release date 3. 4. 2026 - you can follow this edition HERE.
The PROMETHEUS E3 edition in the amount of 101 copies, in a special GLOW IN THE DARK version, will be offered first to our permanent collector’s numbers 0-100 and then to other collectors in the free sale. The ALIEN E3 edition in the amount of 351 copies and also the GLOW IN THE DARK version will be offered first to regular collector’s numbers 0 - 350 and then to other customers in the open sale. Both editions are ready, and we will start shipping them immediately after the sale starts.

Don't do it people. Don't be tempted. You may as well go and leave £300 on the street and hope it's still there in 3 years time.
