I picked up the German one and I've gotta say I like this one better,going by the pics... Love the fact Bruce in embossed...

German release the surrounding sort of edge is embossed.. Nice but UK all the way for me glad I put my pre in ages ago now OOP

I've looked on Amazon uk and I can't see a listing for finding nemo steelbook,apart from a pic added by a seller I guess,which says DVD and not available.hmmmmmm

Knowing that Finding Nemo's sold out on Zavvi, just found one on ebay with the title "Finding Nemo blu ray steelbook (UK Exclusive) NEW & SEALED OOP VERY RARE". Do u guys think that this is the same? Maybe some retailer who pre-ordered more than one? As far as I know only Zavvi has the steelbook in Uk, right?

Hi there,welcome to the forum mate Zavvi are the only uk company which is selling these.I checked on ebay,and there's a few on there which are the Zavvi steelbook.they will be pre-orders which people have bought,to sell on there for a profit.hope this helps.

Back then I pre-ordered two from Germany. Since the artworks are the same, I never considered the Zavvi ones. With the recent photos I have to say that the zavvi version is WAAY better! Sure, the German version has the 3d bluray disc. But the Zavvi version has some of the best emboss/deboss I've ever seen! Just look at the teeth and the eyes of Bruce. I really wonder why Disney had to release so many different versions...

Well, whom can I blame for it. Now I have to pay more than double the price. But I think it's worth it.

The only other thing that you could do is wait to see if there are any cancellations on Zavvi,and see if they are put back up on the website,or outlet store on ebay.but if that's not the case,then you may end up paying even more than the current prices on ebay.

On one of the other forums a member got a mail from Zavvi saying that they had cancelled his with the message: "our suppliers were unable to provide it...we will be removing the item from the website as soon as possible"

This message was sent on 26th April (Same day as when it disappeared from website ?)

Anyone else get this communication ?

A member of another forum has had the same thing, from what he's been able to work out from the messages he's had it's another case of Zavvi accepting more orders than they have of the title.
