what the hell... putting foam on the inside of the cases would be a cheap fix... so when they slice them open all that gets cut is the foam. i think this would be cheaper than paying for postage for returns.

Now that is what you call amateur hour! You would think this is to stupid to be true but i guess not... Im getting nausia thinking about all the beauties destroyed by plain stupidity...

Well my copies had slash marks that must've happened after manufacturing as the selophane that its wrapped in had slash marks that went right through to the actual steelbooks. I want to like zavvi, I really do - so many steelbooks I'm keen on but I'm nervous with every order that they'll be faulty - especially on the popular ones like this.

Although it's not very noticeable, I hope my 2nd copy will be mint ...
This was the first time I received a steel with a spine slash

are these spine slashes the normal ones that go across the spine or are these the ones that go down the spine from top of the steelbook to the bottom taking up the whole lengh of the spine?, bit like jack reacher ones

18 copies of different steelbooks shipped on the same day. 5 received Monday. 2 Tuesday. Still waiting for the rest. Poor show Zavvi. Instead of sending them one by one they could have put 7 or 8 in a box and shipped via RMSD to save on postage and time.

It really does feel risky, especially ones that sell out like this. I thought buying two copies would cover me in terms of risk of damaged copies but oh no.

Not as enjoyable unprotected sex but definitely lasts longer
