There are also ALOT of people in the Disney steelbooks thread also very unhappy about these. The latest post in there which I do agree with also. (Below)
Anyway moving on... As I said people who bought the originals are disappointed and people who didn't are happy that's the situation. I just wish they would have done the other films not yet released than starting re-releasing.
@Flash if you read my post again, and take a minute to clam your nerves down than biting my head off, the context of what I wrote was simply let's move on, not a personal attack. There was no malice involved, no insults. I didn't want to see you unhappy again. After your comments on LK and then on FN it was obvious to me you were more than cheesed off. Personally I don't agree on re-releases. And yes newbie collectors don't give a toss that some folks spent double or triple the amount and yes it can be a rub in the face sometimes. What I think doesn't change anything. I could spend all day going on about re-releases. But to save my breath, and yours, I mentioned your name simply because I have had correspondence with you before, lets move on, there be more Lenti re-releases and not worth getting cheesed off about. If you have taken that as something against you, then you have completely misinterpreted.
Yes I was annoyed but as I said I am HARDLY the only one and because we have got on and I've agreed with you in many threads I thought it was very odd you mentioned my name and then picked out me alone as the person most annoyed yes I am annoyed but hardly the most annoyed when so many people in here and the disney thread are annoyed.
If we've got our wires crossed then I do apologise but surely you can see what I am saying. Recent issues have maybe got my guard up and for that I again apologise.

Indeed, and, for most, it is the rarity - not the perceived value.
Which is why it annoys so much when FA increase quantities, and re-releases flood the market.
Unless things change, I will be very largely out of the steelbook market soon, to concentrate on other editions.

Come on Todd, you been in this game long enough to know this is always going to happen. You should maybe invest the market in collectible statues and toys. Depending on which you concentrate on they reprint far less than steelbooks.

Thanks for pasting my PM now I am gonna get a bashing from all the newbie collectors 
Its the pace at which they are doing it now. Looks like zavvi is going to rerelease all disney which have 3D as well as others. I am not investing in somethign I dont like. I love movies not stupid toys.

or in the sense of jumping ship from the steelbook arena?
Getting rid of over 3/4 of my stock.
Cancelled over 3/4 of my zavvi orders.
Will only collect must haves and no more than 1 copy of each one for my collection. Will still trade or sell though. No reason to buy everything anymore.
