WOW! Looks great. Hard decision, but I think I would go with the blue one.

So if I can see this right the back of the Steelbook is the Foxcatcher Logo all debossed. Wow very nice Steelbook. And it looks like on the one slip that the Head is cut out so the Steel is like showing in the slip. Very nice Idea!!!

Must admit that I was kind of hoping the steelbook would use the same illustration they used for the keepcase edition though, as it's really grown on me. Maybe I'll just have to hunt that one down now as well.

Not much going on with them IMO, I like the blue and gold colours but prefer the design of the White with the cut out head.

Yeah, they're both slips as far as I can tell. Personally I love the simplicity of the designs, but the finish is what really makes them special IMO... the sewn material on the blue one looks very unique, and I'm interested in seeing how the cutout one looks with the steelbook etc inside. The image they've used for that one is actually my favourite official poster for the film, and I'm wondering if the booklet (or possibly even the back of the steel) will have the image of the mansion on it, so when placed inside the slip it'll look exactly like the poster art...

You love that kind of design though. I can't choose yet, I need to see beauty shots etc but at the moment I'm swaying toward the cut out slip but I do like the material and colours of the blu and gold!

Possibly mate, that would look cool. The front steel image would look weird if a bit of that shows through the slip

If true I'm hoping its on the book because I store the steels out of the slips and I won't get the full image if that is the case lol

Let's see if with this release they take off again. With Zero Dark Thirty reached the top, Oldboy was a small disappointment, Carol's release was very good (but of course it was not a steelbook), to see if we are surprised again. Hopefully

I think you are right mate, they will probably use the booklet to complete the image of the head.
