i would buy.

Same here, though I've grown really fond of the current artwork. If this turns out being glossy and FS releases it with a title (either debossed or not, anything but embossing!), I'll be in paradise.

Though if someone does pick it up (preferably Blufans since I love their slips), they'd have to choose one of the following artworks to interest me:

Wasn't very fond of the cover with all the characters on it.

As much as I want this I am going to boycott Zavvi and get the US combo pack cheaper, sooner and I get the DVD too and it will be cheaper too. Screw you Zavvi I have had enough of you being a crap and overpriced retailer with awful customer service

Even though the artwork for frozen isnt there fault...its worldwide art...so your boycotting them? Ok mate

Not agreeing that he should boycott them but after this has happened a few times, the Monsters University steelbook for example it kind of is there fault.

Zavvi is selling THEIR product, if people are getting ticked off with Disney then they are jeopardizing their own product. Zavvi should of said to them by now

"Listen guys, people are complaining here and the only way we can sell your product at full price without people waiting for it to go cheaper is if you listen to the consumer base. Lets not have a repeat of this title-less artwork in the future ok"

The problem I have is that they could release the steelbook on their site, the world wide one like Monsters University BUT don't count it as part of the collection. So your still selling it just not to the same kind of audience (us) who are collecting all the Disney steelbooks in the collection.

Once they've done EVERY steelbook they can, which would be a while, then re-release FROZEN and Monsters University for example just for Zavvi for the collection so it's in line with the rest of the other artwork.

It's such a simple thing to do, they can still release the world wide steelbook just don't make it part of the collection, sell it to other retailers in the UK then do a exsclusive steelbook for the collection in the far future.

it's not there fault. how do you not know they haven't said something to them, and disney have just said no or asked for a ridiculous amount of money to change it? not to mention im sure the other retailers worldwide would have had a moan.

Exactly. If was as simple as suggested by Robsonmonkey, the issue would have been resolved ages ago. On the one hand these aren't top sellers for Zavvi but on the other, the back catalogue releases are guaranteed money makers for them. I'm sure they wouldn't want to jeopardise that by kicking up too much of a fuss with this.

If it wasn't enough with staff here plugging Zavvi all over the place we now have our Korean cousins doing it blatantly in here. Thank god I'm out I'll leave it to the rest of you to come to your own conclusions.

Because I've asked them and they said something along the lines of "We have no contact with Disney when it comes to their chosen designs for the products they sell".

Oh and why would Disney ask them for money to change it, as I've said Zavvi are selling THEIR product, all they want to do is help them selling it the best they can. It's better to get people buying it full price then "Oh thats the artwork....pfffft not worth full price, wait untill it goes down to £9.99"

Meaning they probably haven't even bothered or they would of said something. Why would Zavvi want people blaming them when it's not their fault, if it wasn't they would of said something by now.

To be honest I don't think Zavvi have tried to be honest, the responses they give you about the steelbooks are like "Yeah, yeah yeah...don't care, we'll get around to that.....someday......hopefully"

so if you have asked them and they give you that response then what's your problem? clearly not there fault,if disney don't want to change it they won't. the fact is im sure zavvi would stick with the design and keeping the exclusive rights, then disney blowing them off and they end up as an exclusive somewhere else

i think you have it all wrong,im fine with constructive criticism,i think you'll find zavvi are too since i have sent them many messages with CONSTRUCTIVE criticism,it's the posts that say "Omg zavvi suck","Omg everything is zavvi's fault" "never buying from them again" that bugs me.
