Lionsgate Home Entertainment has announced the 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack (4K UHD/BD/Digital HD),
3D Blu-ray Combo Pack (3D BD/BD/DVD/Digital HD), Blu-ray Combo Pack (BD/Digital HD), and DVD Combo Pack (DVD/Digital) releases of Alex Proyas' Gods of Egypt. The 4K UHD and BD discs will include a DTS:X audio option and there will be also be a special Steelbook Blu-ray (see below).

Blu-ray extras will include:

• A Divine Vision: Creating a Cinematic Action Fantasy

I never go by reviews. I am getting it because I like this type of movie and it just might be a piece of trash, but might also be very entertaining. Everybody said Fantastic 4 was crap and I enjoyed it.

I didn't hate F4 either, but it definitely fell apart at the end. This movie looks terrible, but I love Proyas and the Steelbook is amazing.

I know it's been confirmed, but I've yet to see a photo where this doesn't look matte!!

I grabbed this this morning and of course Best Buy has to tempt me as they set up an entire steelbook section and it actually had 9 steelbooks I am missing (I probably will go back later and grab Lawrence of Arabia, Ghost in the Shell and Equalizer. Not too tempted by the Expendables steels as I have the UK and Canadian set, but they also had 2 reel heroes I am missing and Superbad).
