Thanks for the help guys. I finally quit procrastinating and ordered this one as well as the Thor Steelbook. How well does HMV pack these guys up? I quit ordering from Amazon.De because 2 orders in a row came destroyed due to the lame packing job.

HMV pack in a tuff cardboard box i have never had a damaged steelbook yet i imagine its the same box for international orders to.

That's correct - each steelbook from HMV gets shipped in it's own cardboard box. For the most part, my HMV packages have always arrived in great shape. I've heard other folks in the US have problems - part of the issue might be that there is no padding and the box is slightly bigger than the steelbook - allowing for sliding / moving around.

Yeah, every time when I see the HMV box my heart goes pumping and quickly open it up and see if it's in good conditions.

So, far I only return one due to packaging. The rest came in surprisingly good.

Steelbooks from amazon.de are usually all packaged the same. There's no guarantee that they will arrived damaged or mint condition dantom - it just depends on your luck that day.

I've order many from Amazon.de and most of the time they came in good. If only they split your order and send them in a single packaging, that's sucks and normally this would be damaged. My Paul from them had ship out alone and I guess I'll have to contact them soon.

I'm not going to say that this will happen with every order, but the Green Hornet and Tron Steels arrived damaged beyond any repair. Since both replacements were shipped out around the same time they packaged them together in a better box with more protection.

Why cant hmv ship to the us looks like I will miss out on thor steel book green lantern and pirates of the caribian on stranger tides so sad. I truley feel the United states is slowley turning into a third world country with our ****** economy cant even get steelbooks lol.

Thanks guys for the help I ordered this and thor and the new pirates. When I ordered though I put in my adress but forgot to add the state I lived in I was able to update the billing adress but had no luck finding the update for shipping so I just sent hmv an email wit hthe info to update it . Thanks a lot for your help.
