Bummer... similar thing happen to me on the 1 click, had to go back an manually add all 3 and as I was checking out Lenti B went OOS. Luckily i was able to X that out and still process the other 2 versions.

Yes, quite frustrating to say the least. The technology exists to bind an item to someones cart for a short period of time to give them long enough to check out and then put it back into the in-stock pool if they don't finish checking out fast enough (say 5 minutes). Not sure what the proper term for this is, but it'd be great if everyone started using it.

That is disappointing, but nobody else has reported this problem so it may not be a Novamedia web site issue.

You didn't use Chrome with auto-complete option on, by any chance? I only ask this as I have experienced once exactly the same problem at Kimchi DVD with Chrome and auto-complete on.

novamedia messed up with a lot of things in the recent past, but not with today's pre-order. everything went smooth. today it's not nova to blame. sorry though that you missed it.

One thing that sucks is not knowing what might have gone wrong for those who didn't get the order through.
I have never gotten a 'order cancelled' email at the exact moment my paypal order is kicked back. I literally have zero idea what went wrong.

best way (imo.) ist NOT sending original invoice (as this would mean customs control would see the real value if they open the package), and then mark it as MERCHANDISE with a low value ($20 i.e.).
and to edit this, write a e-mail to their customer service with the order number, and tell them to fix it if necessary. hope that helps!

Managed to get Full slip Really wanted lenti type B though Got it in the basket but by the time i got to pay for it it was OOS

Looks like I will have to get that one from me contact.
