So mine arrived, I've opened it and the back is covered in scratches... What is the contact email for Zavvi and how do they typically handle this - it's obviously sold out so a replacement won't be possible

Still think the art is not a good fit for this film. The best fit for this steelbook on display is sitting next to Paranormal Activity 3 and not another Marvel Film.

They'll want photos and will probably offer a discount or return for refund. Good luck....

You can contact their customer services here. Decide on what you want and stick to it (e.g. to return for a full refund, or keep for a partial refund).
No matter what you say they'll always come back offering a partial refund (usually 10%) the first time (even if you explicitly state you don't want that and want to return it for a full refund in your initial message).

Their customer service is extremely slow, so expect a 24 hour or more wait before the first response to your query and the same for any follow-up replies as well.

Zavvi are fine whenever there are no issues, but their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. Good luck.

So I'm a little confused, I'm seeing some with the title on the spine and others with the Walkman keypad. Which place got which, and has this been confirmed to include the IMAX version?

Just got mine I was one of the few that love the art from the start and I have to say, in hand it surpasses my expectations. . The deboss/emboss on the front looks great and I love the way the Walkman looks scuffed up too... plus I don't have to worry about scratching the steelbook myself as it'll just add to the look.
The inside is awesome and looks great when the light hits it.
As much as I don't like Steels to not have a title on the spine I'm actually happy this one didn't as the artwork would not flow as well, seeing as the back has continued the theme. Very very happy shopper

Just opened my copy and thankfully it's mint (the first mint Steelbook I've had from Zavvi in a while!).

This is actually nicer than I thought it would be with the multi-level em/debossing on the front cover. And I like the inside art.

The UK version has the Walkman "buttons" on the spine, according to the specs on the back it's 2.40:1 (Click for bigger pic)


Pretty sure @Blu-devil made his own spine, which is probably what confused you.
