If steels arrive damaged from Zavvi, I contact them and explain that it's no good to me because I am a collector, and damages defeat the purpose. It holds no collectors value for me. I ask for a replacement copy.
They reply with an offer of 15% partial refund. (They have to offer this initial partial refund. Its a part of the procedure they are trained to follow when dealing with complaints) (It takes a little going back & forth to get the wheels turning).
I contact their Customer Service Team for a second time. I thank them for their offer, but I decline. I reiterate, and request a replacement copy (again).
They reply for the second time, but this time they offer a 50% discount (again people, it seems this is a procedure they must follow when dealing with these kinds of complaints, don't let it dissuade you).
I contact the Zavvi Customer Service Service Team for the third & final time. I thank them for their offer of a 50% refund, but I decline the offer (again). Once more I reiterate. I ask them to check my account history to confirm that I am a good customer. I tell them it's unacceptable. Id like either a FULL REFUND or a REPLACMENT COPY please. Thanks for your time.
They contact me (for the 3rd time) and tell me they are gunna issue a FULL REFUND or I just get a normal DESPATCHED email.
CASE CLOSED. Persistence people, it pays off. I have gone through this Many times with Zavvi. I actually thought they were going to BLACKLIST me at one point because this became a regular thing. I thought they would think that I was trying to scam them, but really Im just
