I ordered my copy on Friday, it was despatched on Saturday and I received it today.

Pretty quick for a Zavvi delivery taking the weekend into account.

Great looks like i won't be getting one despite ordering on Friday.

I have a theory my friend who ordered right after me has had theirs delivered i however used a voucher so i think that and down to pure Zavvi random bad luck lottery they seem to run.

They probably pick names out of a hat as to who's going to be lucky and who will lose out.

Funny thing is they often send things to the people who turn round and slap it on Ebay for high prices Zavvi why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't get it. This is the BIGGEST movie of the year. These freakin steels are going to be EVERYWHERE.
I'll save my freakouts for a movie that has a 800 copy edition and NOT THE BIGGEST MOVIE OF THE YEAR!!
Limited edition versions will be rereleased, special packages will come up, out of print will come back into print, Zavvi will find new copies, etc. They WILL MILK THIS!! How can you not see that coming! Chill pills for all is my prescription!

Well I stuck an order in at JB HiFi just in case Zavvi don't come through. I know it's not 3D but the person who wants this won't really care, she just wants a GoTG SteelBook.

Seeing has zavvi wouldn't replace my damaged copy I ordered on Friday, cancelled it on Saturday but it got despatched Saturday afternoon at £24 and a cancelled groot . Then turned up this morning with Jumanji both despatched on Saturday and Sunday.

So this just gets better, i ordered mine on Friday still no despatch by Monday, messaged them to be told they have no stock, and don't know when they will get any if at all. So in effect they have been selling copies they don't have. Not best pleased with this situation, bad selling practice imo. I think i will report this practice to trading standards, will message them first to see what they say, and give them the chance to explain why they are doing this to there faithful customers.
