meh I couldn't get that passed by my gf lol as it is the release calendar of BDs is pretty damn tight and she will get me every release from now all the way until the end of the year so I couldn't get them

I used to have it - not very rare, just a little harder to get it.

I don't believe many folks want to pay a premium for it - since it had similar art as the 1st print German one (but with a smaller logo).

It's hard to find sealed ones since it's a Free Record Shop exclusive ........... 99 out of 100 they unseal it and put it in the shop.

Sorry for sounding ignorant but why would these beauties be unsealed by a retailer? Should I be aware of this retailer for all SB titles?

It's their policy, unseal it and put it in store, discs are behind the counter so usually the case is f@@ked up, especially for the older titles.
