JP steels are over priced buying directly IMHO. I'm thinking about the final cost importing in to the UK.

In fact, I have none of that white Warner Wave...Which, if successful, could be released somewhere else in the future.

Nice pickups Frasr on there Termi's. I have been thinking of getting the Terminator steels myself. Whats the story on them for T1, T2, and T3.... how many release have there been for each so far?

T1 steel is released in September (play.com exclusive).

T2 is still available on amazon.de or you can get the UK version on ebay. I think there's also a Japanese T2

T3 is also available on amazon.de but may be cheaper getting it from ebay.de (I got it for £11 shipped).

T: Salvation is a play.com exclusive and quite expensive, I got it for £7 as the person who was selling it didn't put 'steelbook' in the title :D
There's also a german version which has 'salvation' written in german (
'Terminator: Die Erlösung')

The majority of the Japanese and others find the word a racial slur and offensive.

I'm sure we have Japanese folks viewing this thread as they read our comments.

Use JP, Japan, JPN, etc...

you know I have plenty of japanese friends but this has never come up. Never really realized it was offensive... I always just thought it was an abbreviation. I don't think most people using it are actually meaning any intent. But good to know and thanks for posting.

To be honest I prefer the salvation from Play.com over the Iron Pack. The play.com cover is different from the normal aamray cases in the UK. The IP has the same picture as the UK aamray release. The only difference in value is the IP is rarer than the play.com one as other countries have released this.

This is what actually made me think about collecting steelz, should I buy an expensive steel because of it's print run when it doesnt look as good as the vesion with more print run? This is what stopped me from spending so many $$$ on the Iron Pack FS, just because it is harder find, does it actually make it a 'better' steel? I guess I saved $$$ from buying the Iron Pack.

I'd disagree saying the IP has the same picture as the Amaray, I feel there's enough differences between them, namely Bale & Worthington are the main focus of the Amaray with the Terminator being more of a background image unlike the IP where it's all about the Terminator.

Be careful in where you put that "book" stand next to your steelbook...looks like it has some rough edge that can cause ding to your steelbook.... Any ding will will decrease the value of your collection.

I have only 6 steelbook's :(
