Hi all, I'm out on the 10th and may not be able to get on the GB straight away; is there a time limit or limit of the number in a group?

I prefer nice thick full slip like the KimchiDVD ones. I am moving away from liking magnetic lenticular now especially due to their tendency to dislodge and I have more worries about the magnets being in direct contact with the metal causing minor scratches. :p

I put the steelbook in a shellcase then put the lenti over the plastic.. works fine and no worries of scratches.

I am underwhelmed by the lenti for this, I personally don't see a point to them if the movement is barely noticeable. . A good example of a lenti's potential is MM Predator.. you get two totally different pictures/effect. That just my opinion.. :D

Looking forward to getting in on my first GB.. Is it true all copies might fly away in a matter of minutes? Gonna have to tell my boss to get stuffed while I spam refresh. There be dragons, sir. Dragons!!!

Hey,

How many versions are actually being released?
Is it a Full Slip, Lenticular Slip, and a 1/4?

Thanks
CrashKelly

Two:

1- Full slip + lenti

2- 1/4 slip

Posted here.

I think it needs re-wording in the OP, as it is definitely (apparently unintentionally) implying that there are 3; Full plain, Full lenti and 1/4.

Worth noting that in OP, there's no "slipcase" next to "lenticular" unlike the other two words.

But you're right, updating/re-wording the info in the OP would avoid any misunderstanding.

Xin's post is clear and unambiguous but not everyone caught it back when it was posted.

How can you have a full slip and a lenti? Is the lenticular overtop the full slip or something? I can't picture it. Also, doesn't that seem a bit overkill. So I guess there is a gonna be a lenticular and then underneath the same image non lenticular with chinese lettering as the only diff? Also, wouldn't that provide an opportunity to use the back of the full slip for more artwork, or is all the text and details gonna be on the back of both the lenti and the full slip?

Anyway I'm sure it will be nice but not sure it is really necessary.

It's basically the cover of the full slip like Transformers he mentioned.Should be called a lenticular period...

Sounds great but why so many different releases for this , as I heard a steelbook for this was done before...

This one I am really looking forward to. I have the Walmart release with special slipcover, but I've been wanting a steelbook for a long time. In my opinion, this is Dreamworks' crown jewel so far. And I hear they're making a #2! Hopefully we won't have to wait as long for a steelbook of the sequel.

The sequel is confirmed for an initial release: June 13, 2014 (USA)
