So I have paid for my copy within the group buy....my first, so pardon the questions...at what point in time are we notified of having to pay the rest of shipping and also how does the person mailing them find out where to mail it?

Will there be personal messages/ emails sent? Do we just have to keep checking the threads out?

Once each hub receives their shipments, the hub leader will create a thread where each member will confirm how many they ordered. Then you'll receive a PM notifying you of the shipping cost and asking for your shipping address et voilà

I never got an invoice either, I just sent the money to the paypal email they posted and they got it.
