This is getting a bit worrying/suspicious as to why the dispatching of 18th August steelbooks have suddenly stopped. I've sent an email to the customer service but with them, getting a straight answer is quite hard.

Patience folks, sometimes Zavvi dispatch late at night. There's still hope. They're probably working their butts off trying to package all of these releases. Maybe they've ran out of white boxes? If that's the case it would be more convenient for both parties to wait for them to see to this properly.

Very true Smiley! I'd rather wait till Sept 18th if it meant it arriving in a box in perfect condition lol Whats a month when you've been waiting since about 2004 lol

What's really disappointing is that we have not heard from Zavvi. If they emailed to say "sorry, there has been an issue and the dispatch will be delayed for a week/month" then at least we would hear something. But the silent treatment is just rude.
