If I am not wrong the first 3 movies were sold-out, only Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull never went live.

They were not sold out any of them there was still about 1K available of each before it was pulled
It was pulled from sale zavvi awaiting ok to sell and then will sort out a release date
When zavvi get the ok to sell them they will be put back up on the site for sale when that is we don't know yet

The last information was that the first three sold through about 3/4 of the stock before they were taken down.
