I Here what your saying..BUT Whether its a small dint or a loose disc its very annoying if you don't open your steels to have a floating disc...and he's paid the same as you to have an inferior product. Actually he may pay more to return it and have to wait all that extra time,for something you got in the beginning..As i say lets not can the guy for wanting a quality product that you got lucky to get in the first place.

It's still unclear as to whether vonnie is opening the steel or not. I don't think he is.
As I said earlier, if you don't plan to open it then there's no point asking for a new one. You're never gonna use the disc there could be a turd sealed in there for all you care.
If you open it, and there's a problem with the disc resulting from the loose disc, fair enough. This steel isn't worth keeping sealed btw. It's been in stock for YEARS.

How underrated is this???!!! Got my copy from Amz.ca and boy this unsealed is one beauty...great finish with debossing, back art and inside art...truly one of the most underrated steel gems out there.

yeah all that stock they got again ... looks like half of it damaged goods. I ordered 3 in total on 3 diff occasions and all were damaged beyond ANY repair. Ridiculous.
But yeah man, this is one bad ass steelbook and surely to rise in value in 2013 big time!

It will all depend how they mark the package. If they mark as gift you would be okay but otherwise I think you would probably get hit with customs.
