Glancing at the mock-up of the inside artwork I'd question its accuracy as I don't think this release is anything other than 1 x BD-50 . . . but maybe Zavvi can confirm the situation one way or the other.

Also spotted this same steelbook at Amazon.fr / Fnac with a 7th June release date (previously 10th May).

The French one has been on preorder for a month. But, I waited for the Zavvi since (if I have the choice) I prefer the english text on the j cards.

I think @virkia was just pointing out that he noticed the French listing has one disc as opposed to announcing an earlier pre-order date over the Zavvi version.
