You say the second release will include everything, but there is no mention of a Slipbox, only a Boxset, of which will have the art below?

Yes the art shown is going to be the front of the Steelbook. The lenticular artwork has not been shown yet. You can see the contents of the boxset in the OP, it will contain both the lenticular Steelbook and the 1/4 slip Steelbook plus extras. It is basically 2 Steelbooks plus extras.

Ah thanks. Do HDzeta not have an option to chose a "Gift buy" like Kimchi do, whereby the item is declared to be a gift so as not to get hit by customs. Or the other option where you can input your own value (so below £15 in the UK) again avoiding import tax?

No idea mate, I've not ordered from them either. I did most of the checkout process for a dry run and didn't see anything about declared values, though.
