I fully agree. It's like having a batman symbol and no title. If you don't know it's batman, you should really move on and not be allowed to buy it

I would never have known this was IM. And I know what the BM symbol looks like as well as most of the Super Heroes.

It's nice but the arc reactor is something I'd expect to go on the back of the Steelbook and not the front... Plus if it really is £27.99 then I'm gonna be reluctant to buying this. That for a piece of aluminium is just pushing it!

To be honest I'd expect the arc reactor to be on the front because its bang in the centre of his chest. Also, 27.99 I'd not confirmed for the eleventy billionth time

I was personally hoping for the MK 42 suit on the front, with Iron Man 3 written at the top so it would sit well with the other UK ones. However, luckily have no say in such matters; as i would have Ms Paltrow in her sports bra on the back.

Yeah Batman is an iconic symbol thats been in media since its origin. IM just became really popular in 2008. And I dont think IM has a true trademark symbol. So I would prefer the title on the steelbook. But at least its on the spine.

I was never a fan of the German version, too much going on in the background, needed to be much simpler and focus on what makes IM - the arc. Fingers up for this. It just needs a bit of polishing up, some embossing and attractive finish and this will look much better.

It's also worth mentioning that the Iron Man arc reactor chest piece has drastically changed since the first film. The circular original was the iconic piece until he changed it in the end of IM2.

We're all aware of that yes, but if they list it as 27.99 in the first place it's going to make people believe that's what they're planning on marking it up as. After all, where else did they get that figure from. Just saying.

i think having the triangular chest piece on the front of a steelbook for IM3 is more of a spoiler than my comment. also, the back of the IM2 blu ray amaray has the new triangle chest piece, while the front has the original....

That actually doesnt look to bad. Just would have prefered the iron man 3 title written at the front. Hope the arc reactor is embossed. Its a shame also theres no 3D disc. But ill still order a few of these.

I really like the artwork in its own right. The colours are bright and vivid and with the picture of the arc everyone will know this is an IM steelbook.

But, no title, no IM on the front and no deposed border, it couldn't possible be more diffiferent to IM 1&2.

Either way I'll still be getting this I mean we all will be right??
