It looks just ok to me, nothing amazing. The inside art isn't my cup of tea, would have prefered either a movie shot or one something with the final CG Iron Man instead of this art.

My exact thoughts. So many good scenes from the movie they could've used. I'm a little dissappointed with that inner artwork actually. I thought the steel would be more vibrant also like someone else mentioned. The play.com Iron Man I have might be my favorite after all. The overall package of this Blufans release should be awesome though!

A bit let down by the inside art, but nice touch on the debossing and the colors look great.

The Future Shop version is still the Grail! Play's version is flawed because it has an image from Iron Man 2 inside. Now this version has a Happy Meal drawing on the inside! Lmao!

Personally think the Play version is the best by far! (until I see this in hand at least) The FS version is flawed because it has a stupid blu banner at the top of the front! That makes it looks crap even if you leave it sealed

Am i the only one not f***ed up about the inside artwork?
I agree, a nice inside artwork is always great if it's well made and uses a good scene/picture, but even IF i open my steel, it stays closed for 99% of the time to display it.
Maybe it's because i don't own either the FS one, nor the Play.com version, but all in all i think this is the best version yet, no borders (i really hate them..) and the debossing seems to be used decent - AND you get a (probably) awesome looking lenticular slip-cover, what else do you want?

But as always - each to their own.

That's because it's an animation not a scene taken from the movie. I kind of like it but it could be much better.

I don't see what the fuss is over the inside art either @monsterzebra but previous Iron Man titles have always been put on a pedestal, so I guess the smallest issue will always be made into a big deal.

Man when they swapped the inside art in the play Steels due to some strange licensing requirements it caused a huge uproar despite the artwork being 100x better than the one above.

The inside art, well yes it could have been better. But that's the last thing I look for when buying a BF exclusive.
Call me crazy !! But I don't display my steelbooks open.....

The only time I see the inside is when I get the disc out and even then I don't stop to drool over the interior.....

I think inhand and with the amazing lenticular slip box and extras BF will give it. It will be the best IM out there...IMO

I am in that handful. But still won't grumble about the inside artwork...

Inside art isn't much of a thing to complain about IMO. Granted its better having inside art than not but its not like I'm going to display a steelbook's inside art on my shelf. It will be sitting spine out or on display from the front.
