Like I said there is one for sale on ebay now. He's even taking offers. I don't think that he's got even 1 offer though.

Depends on how small the scratch ... but on average you can get a great condition open one for like $300-375 at the right time on the bay ...

So maybe you'd rather have that if your heart is set on this baby.

If the scratch is light and small, I think it is a good deal. Alternatively, if buying it makes you happy, it is definitely a good deal!

I'm not surprised because since there there have been hundreds more new collectors that have joined they would like an IM steel for a fraction of the FS version. Of course everyone is excited and going to hype this steel up

The UK one is getting those post because of the FS one being the king. I guess those people think the UK one will be like "Return of the King" lol. I personnally don't believe this one will come close to the price of the original. In the meantime, a real rare steel like RE Quad is being passed over by collectors. The one I'm watching on ebay now is bidded at $87 with a day left to go. I predicted this steel will go over $100 by the end of 2012. It may go over $100 by the end of the auction in one day lol.

Not to sure about that, a ironman futureshop brand new just sold for 700 USD on ebay. it doesnt seem like the ironman play is causing any impact on the price of ironman FS. If it was made of solid gold i still wouldnt pay that much..
