They put the wrong Iron Man 2's in my big boxes. Even my invoices say IRON MAN 1 and every single steel is IRON MAN 2 lol. What a joke.

I still have some more coming but if they are ALL IRON MAN 2 lol that is icing on the cake. I am going to express my bad news to members who have asked my assistance in getting a copy .

Apparently I have received some steels today in London - I assumed that it is all delivered correctly but I wont be in London for some weeks and cannot check!

the problem is he already has like double the amount of IM 2s than he ordered so someone is getting screwed out of IM2 but just hit payload with extra IM1s

Play just called back and told me to wait for the rest to come. Doesnt make a difference at all, I have a **** load of Iron Man 2's here that belong to someone and someone else has my Iron Man 1

Might as well just ebay every single one of them and make a extra £10 after fees

I feel your pain ! This becomes an even bigger problem if there is a knock on effect with other orders. I don't know how many (if any) they would have held behind considering that they both sold out within a week of being pre-ordered.

I wouldn't return any until you're sure of getting them replaced, unfortunately this may also affect the person who's expecting the Iron Man 2's that you now have !

this is turning out like the olympics. You got the superpower expecting the gold because they are leading the pack (releasing an Iron Man) then stumbling with the art knocking themselves down to silver and we're on day one and already there is an issue (Bronze) soon they won't even place.

I feel like I'm gonna cry. Head office customer care team contacted me as a courtesy call. They are investigating the problem to find out why exactly I received over double the number of Iron Man 2 steelz. I just hope the rest that come tomorrow are Iron Man 1's but if they are all number 2 I am gonna feel sick.

To be honest I dont think they can replace them. They already told me there's none remaining and cannot send me a replacement as there is none left .

I am really upset at the moment.

None left to be ordered doesn't mean that your IM 1 aren't just sitting in the warehouse.

I just means that there are not any to put back up on the website.

I can only guess at your disappointment. There's not much more to say on that end - I've never worked in a warehouse and can only imagine the stress that some of those people are under to get orders out in a timely fashion.

So having said that, it's a good thing we know people at the top, and that they are aware of your issue.

Let's hope for the best at this point and just keep working toward that end.

We, as a group, will not make any progress if we let our disappointment at this issue get the better of us.

Sunny sorry to hear about your misfortune with the wrong steelbooks. I'm sure that can be disheartening. It's awesome though that we have people here that are in the know like Wreck and Andy that can help out in a situation like this. That's what makes this the best place to be on the internet for collecting steelbooks.

On a side not; Those pictures are awesome, I can't wait to get my IM 1 & 2.

Got this week off work.....my Royal Mail colleague was banging on the door............excitement was unbearable........opened the door, and................................my Incredibles & Wall-e steelbooks have turned up!
