B of course stand for Blufans and the E is meant for English movie or foreign movie. 3 is the third one.
They have another series which is BC, where the C would stand for Chinese or local movies.

I was tempted to try and get a copy of this just because of it's potential rarity and value. I open all of my Steelbooks though so it's pretty pointless me owning this version. I will wait for a cheaper version that I can open and leave this version for those who genuinely want and collect Steelbooks of this type

It will be interesting to see how many of these end up on eBay shortly after release.

Personally I think this was the fairest way to do the GB - I'm not a Ninja, but I have been around here for a while, so I'm glad it was done this way.

However saying that... if this was a HDN exclusive, I'd have no qualms with my fellow Ninja's getting first dibs.... I'd even pay for that service myself and get HDN membership!

I am a Ninja and I couldn't give a rats arse about how this has been handled.

At the end of the day if you want something you have to earn it.. It should never be handed on a plate.

Therefore.. If you want this you're gonna have to battle away like the rest of us.
