Seriously glad I went with the group buy!

All these damaged steels is very disappointing from a small specialist company

I just looked through the thread quickly and only counted 7 examples of damaged copies, and 3 of those were one person.

It is very unfortunate that they were damaged, but out of 1,000 copies it's not bad going at all.

A lot of threads tend to fizzle out on a slightly sour note because of the last posts talking about any damages so it's good to keep perspective I reckon. Overall I'd say a good job was done by ES and that this is a quality SteelBook which the majority here seem very happy with.

That's interesting as mine is also lost in the post. Getting a bit sick of this now. tried to contact them by phone, but surprise surprise, they've gone down the Zavvi route... e-mail enquiries only. These companies are beginning to slightly annoy me now.

Mine is late also, when i saw other members saying it was sent 2nd class i thought id wait a while longer, annoying they charge a lot for steels and send them second class and second rate packing!
