I've not had any card issues in over 10 years of using Play. Hope you got it sorted out bud.

I had the same problem, card declined. But I'm not blaming play.com, as my card details were stolen when I was in Calgary from one of the dodgy ATMs in the building. New card, forgot to update the order.

I've ordered from play for years and all of a sudden My card kept getting declined, kept saying incorrect details/address, I emailed them asking why, they said its new security features they've put in and then authorised it for me.

sure if you email they will cancel but would be quick about it.

also count yourself lucky i got about £200 worth coming out on 2nd june alone, thank god july is a bit quieter on the order front.
