Quater 1 is January 1st – March 31st
Quater 2 is April 1st – June 30th
Quater 3 is July 1st – September 30th
Quater 4 is October 1st – December 31st

Your job is using financial fiscal quarter dates that apply to UK that is a different thing
UK use financial year that runs from 1 April

Product announcements in UK quarterly dates use calender dates January to December this is a different thing to a company providing it's financial fiscal quarterly reports
