This looks like a very nice set, but with some many big releases in such a short time frame, have to pass on some, this included. The price isn't to bad, thought it would be more honestly, but can them from Amazon Germany for a fraction of the cost, so it makes it a little easier to pass on this. With the said i look forward to amazing pics :)

I don't know why people keep saying these are the same sets as Germany, UK, etc. Yes, it's WWA but this is a premium release with extra goodies housed in an attractive box - makes all the difference in the world. Those other releases are boring. They are, however, economical for those folks who can't or don't want to splurge on a fancy box set. Personally, I'm going to start seeking the steelbooks that come with slips and other extras. Unless it's a Mondo release I'm not bothering with regular steels.

Bells and whistles are great and should cost more than vanilla steelbook but it's hard to justify the extras in this set costing 3 times as much.

Yeah, I agree with this here. I buy a lot of expensive steelbook sets but what you get extra vs the standard release is usually a lot more cost effective than with this release. If I buy a WWA steel from Nova or Kimchi with a special slip it will cost about $15 more each and then after I pay for it it will likely double in value as a standard. However for this release I'll be paying about $25 more than the international release for each movie, the slip won't be as high as quality as a Korean slip, and to top it all off the value won't increase at all judging by HDzetas previous releases and after secondary shipping costs if I end up needing to sell it I would probably end up losing money. I'm not trying to start an aftermarket value debate on here because I do collect steelbooks just because I like them. However for the REALLY expensive sets its a factor I always consider.

I'm still on the fence about this release. I think seeing some pictures before the GB would make a big difference.

New members-quick reminder if you are just joining us. There are only 100 sets scheduled to be available for HDN members. Good luck!

I don't know, I think $42 per Steelbook SHIPPED is very cost effective. You know shipping will probably be expensive for them shipping worldwide from China.
Yea, I think many are forgetting the "shipping" part. Shipping this will be at least $25. So you're getting 3 WWA steels with exclusive goodies for $100. That's $33 per. How often does any other Asian retailer charge that price?

I would generally agree regarding your point BUT the steelbook is not exclusive and when available from Germany for about $12 each shipped how can you justify some cardboard pushing the cost per steelbook up by more than $20 before shipping.
