I don't want to start an argument here, but what I'm about to say might anyway. This is speculation, but does anyone else think that the way HDZeta is treated here has anything to do with why the communication and GB allocation is so poor here?
The mods here do a great job of being professional and courteous to them - but some of the members here throw out some really nasty posts about how they do business that I'm really not surprised the communication gets worse and they avoid coming here. If their releases sell out elsewhere, what incentive do they have to keep coming back to where they get treated like crap? I've heard stories about the kind of private messages people receive when something goes wrong, and I would bet money that the HDZeta hosts are victims of some of these - especially after the unfortunate overselling of Interstellar, and the two releases that had production issues (Blade Runner, It).
Again, I'm not looking to start a fight by any means, but maybe make some people think about how they treat others online. Don't respond with how "it's a business", "the customer is always right and they should listen to us", "they need to change this and this about how they do things". They are people too and I can only imagine how it makes them feel to read some of the posts here. It would be very hard not to take them personally. Be kind, don't harass them with update messages and maybe we could encourage them to come back.
I say all of this without knowing what is said on other forums where they host group buys. But the world needs some more positivity and if we can spread that here that's kinda the only way I see us being able to reverse the trend of them going away.
