I think they have. I just saw one on Ebay, when I was cruising it.
Maybe you can buy it later on, on Amazon.com and CA (I think it wil).
But I don't know if that package contains the Steelbook.
Maybe the normal version (BR, DVD + Copy) though.

Along with the Target SB. I hope Target never releases the old ones in SB form though. I highly doubt they will.
