I'm sorry for your misfortune. I would demand 100% refund without returning the items.
Zavvi should learn by now that they need to pack steelbooks more carefully with a MUCH better box than that crap they use.
If I had a spare one I'd send it to you free of charge just to make your day a bit better.

This has nothing to do with packing. These are factory dents. Loads of copies affected at the same spot and not even a mark on the packaging.

Jesus, how the hell could that happen? Looks like someone took a hammer and chisel to it. The J card would have been in bits if that happened AFTER packaging.
