I think that's a little extreme. You run that risk no matter what kind of paCkaging you get. Yeah, it's frustrating but something mass produced may have flaws.

lol he said he could watch his others tho instead, he could still watch that one. I've seen it before, its got the same finish on the digibook as like Shawshank. Matte like finish, so it can get the rub effect. Sucks, but inspect it careful .... the disc holder thing sucks, but I think maybe one part was loose and he ripped it off. Thats what would crack that one part ...
