Looks to me like it will be a digipack inside the slipbox and the empty steel on the outside.

That is exactly what it is. I dont even think the steelbook will be attatched to any of it. Loose.
They are selling a digipack with the same exact stuff minus the steel.

the steel I guess comes with some sort of packages but is it the same as the blu-ray other version they are selling ? Also there is 2 Blu-ray packages with same exact pictures I can't figure out what is what
