Mine came in, one corner slightly busted, but the entire bottom plastic is cracked. Zavvi said they'd send a replacement when back in stock (ya know, the limited edition item that is now sold out - ha), and to just send mine back in. Yeesh.

By plastic i assume you mean the seal? Yeah, it's cheap stuff on all of these. I've been through like 5 copies and every single one had at least some gap/hole/tear/rip in the seal. Most of the top edges are burnt brown too, it's a wonder it didn't damage the slips.
