Ok this turned up today, it is from amazon.fr & seems rather rare. Yes that is a button you see in the bottom right corner, it makes a engine rev noise when pressed.
Have to agree with you, yeah.. I love the debossing on it!
Actually only bought it because the steel catched my eyes.

Finally was able to track down the Steelbook version of Dragon Age Origins.
Really beautiful, only lazy that they put the same art on the back and no name on spine
