There's a major design flaw here! If they had borders on this, removed the front title, and kept the back, I would rate it. A machine punches a few bb gun size holes in a steelbook and people go nuts for it? If I were to do this to my Inglourious Basterds FS, Scarface or Goodfellas SBs you would think i'm crazy (if you don't already )

As for effort, very little was done here? The Raid was unique, and ppl spent time designing it. Top marks there. They also tried a similar thing with the Untouchables, which didn't work. Looks like a child has been at it with a screwdriver. Come out of your cave's people, the light's great up here!

Yep each to their own. I think this is a great steelbook myself but if we all liked the same things it would be pretty dull!

Different steels for different collectors! It's interesting what Wreck says about the costs involved, and just a bit of embossing and debossing adds extra time, labour and costs involved.

I wouldn't mind paying a little extra and have steels similar to this, not to have bullet holes on there again!, but just a bit of time well spent to give it quality and an original design to remember. I be happy to spend £20 - £25 steel. I like the FS Viva MB, great embossing and artwork inside, yes it is expensive to import, but FS kept it simple, quality over quantity and you pay for what it's worth.

seems people are getting damaged copies, I hope they realise that's it's not a design fault Bullet holes need to be bullet sized imo.

I agree - I had to turn the card upside down and put it in the protective sleeve with the front "bullet holes" showing

It's a tight squeeze getting this in a plastic slip with the j cardm

Annoyed is an understatement - and there's no hope of a replacement either.

I won't be ordering anymore steelbooks from Play, that's for sure.

It sucks that you had a bad experience with Play.com, but trust me that is 1 in 100, I ordered over 30 steelbooks from Play.com and all came in mint condition!!

never complained always got their steelies in a white box with comfortable coussin lol

my only issue was a sticky "watchmen" but no big deal I finally decided not to return it
