Any pics of the embossing @Lollard2002 ? That's a nice surprise.

There's no embossing, pretty sure they just didn't know how to describe it correctly and were referring to the equations which look metallic/show in the light at certain angles yet appear almost invisible (in certain places) at others.

As for the 'card' they mentioned, it's pretty much just a sheet of paper with two large round bits of tape attached. It can be taken off in once piece without destroying it if you're careful about it - I took off the bottom tape and left the top attached as shown - it's not that obvious in the picture but if you look at the U of Lucy you can see the tape a bit towards the top (click thumbnail to enlarge):

I imagine he means it's spot gloss and gives the impression it's raised up?

I would need a manual SLR with long exposure to do it properly. A bog standard digital camera just doesn't work. I've tried it.

Mine was dispatched last Thursday....now Wednesday night and still no sign!!!

If it is lost it will be my first Zavvi steel that's gone astray!!! and we are talking hundreds!!!!

No doubt it will sell out while i have to deal with Zavvi's antiquated customer services and "replacing a lost item" system!!!!

My mood wasn't exactly brightened when I read their despatch email saying that delays are possible and to wait 14 (!) days before chasing with them. I'll give until Friday and if there's still no show, I'll bite the bullet and get in touch...

Hi Tony, that's not a bad shout - I'm in Hertfordshire so maybe there's some kind of sorting office snarl up down here in the southern 'hood! I'm away over the weekend so if there's no sign tomorrow I won't be able to chase until Monday. Keep me, ahem, posted on your situation!

I'm in Herts too, mine turned up on Tuesday. Another nice steel from Universal but another lacklustre movie from them too.
Very dissapointing and considering how short it was it must have been cut to pieces.

Just got home from picking up the Target version and my Zavvi copy was in the mail. Lined up side by side and you almost get a perfect facial of ScarJo!

I mean it's now 5 days overdue (compared to the expected delivery date) and I have never experienced something like that from Zavvi (either they were 1 to 4 days early, right on time or 1 to 3 days late). That's normal with Zavvi it happens all the time with most of us
You can get your order in 4 or 5 days or be left waiting 7 to 14 days from time to time

OK, good to hear that I'm not alone . Ordered like 30+ steelbooks from Zavvi and they never showed up that late.
