And that's the problem chip. There is simply no reason for this price. Tell me something different about this steelbook than the other Disney steels. There isn't any difference. They are raising the price way too much on these imo. I will happily pay this for the specialty Asian releases with custom slips and extras and numbering and more limited like 2K. How come I can buy a Thor 2 BB steelbook for $22.99 and this is literally twice the price? That's some serious profit margin in there.

sorry jimmyv don't know why, you are moaning about price the minute you get a 3D & 2D edition steel over here the going rate is usually around £24.99 and has been for a long while this due to the extra 3D disc. now whether you like that or not is another matter also i suspect it's costing you alot more due to shipping, customs and the exchange rate etc. none of which anyone has control of. i suspect if this costing you too much for uk 3d steels maybe you need to consider quite what you're getting, unfourantely this seems to be the way its going over here.
also another scary trend over here is zavvis latest is the 2000-3000 runs where we know is a normal £14.99 steel and they know would not sell usual 4000 but prices are on the up usually starting £17.99.

This price is much cheaper than most of the Japan steels lately so I don't get bother buy it too much. I always figure $50 is a fair price as long as the finish is premium and it has a low print run and or numbered run.

Funny you should mention it, as they're from the same producer (Robert Stromberg), along with Oz: TGAP and Alice in Wonderland. Can definitely see a running theme:

saw this yesterday in a preview.

visually stunning and a great, great angelina jolie. but the story and character development was rather weak.

personally i enjoyed it, since the visuals and jolie make up for the plot.

bottom line: i'm keeping my preorder and hope the finish is white
