LOL. We all placed a post at the same time?! :p

:hilarious: Thats awesome!

Picked up my pre oreder card thing. Im excited the magnet is awesome I may get another in a few weeks.

This would be the FIRST US steelbook with a magnetic card correct?

Saw this in 3D this afternoon. My oh my... what they can do with movies these days. It is as amazing as the pre-release hype, and actually exceeded my expectations compared to some opinion snippets that I have read in the past few days.

Snyder did a good job with carving out the origin story. The effects are as top notch as any movie ever. And I think Henry Cavill was spectacular.

Well, at this point, this pre-order from Walmart is not confirmed to be a steelbook so we will just have to wait a little until it is official before declaring this as the first US steelbook with magnetic lenticular cover.:D

I'm 100% in for a Superman Steelbook but I'm thinking this looks more like the slipcovers from the time best buy releases captain America and Thor

Watched the film yesterday and I saw a lot of people not like it! I never been a fan of superman but when I learned Nolan was involved in this film I was so eager to see it, I like his films and even when there's a lot of CGI I liked the film...of course very different from what we are used to! At moments I was thinking in Startrek but I would buy the steel! :)

Its NOT a Nolan film.....

Yes he was involved but not how you think

I did the VUDU pre-order with the Hobbit digibook, and they shipped it in a thick bubble mailer. The digibook arrived in mint condition, but I know this could be a steelbook and it's hard to compare a steelbook vs. a digibook in a bubble mailer.

Took a "flyer" on this one and picked up one of the cards last night at Wally World. I didn't like having to pay the full price up front. If they become available in store, then I'll probably pick up an additional copy, so I can then return my "sure to be damaged" mailed copy of the combo pack.
