My bet is on either Walmart or Best Buy since MoS will be released by Warner. Target usually gets releases by Universal, Sony or Anchor Bay from what I can recall. Whereas Walmart and BB tend to get the Warner steels

Went to Walmart today to check this out. Saw a rack of these. It's a lenticular magnet card. If it will be a steelbook, they certainly are not disclosing that anywhere on these preorder magnets. They look pretty cool, but sorry folks nowhere does it indicate steelbook, and the image on the packet looks like a slipcover for sure. I hope I turn out to be completely wrong, but I left without it.

A Man of Steel Steelbook is a no brainer but would love if it included the 3D version too. I haven't even been able to find a copy of the score yet so didn't even know about the steel cd packaging. Does anyone know if all the limited edition ones are packaged that way?

Just got back and this magnetic card is a perfect G2 fit so I'm pumped up that it'll be a G2 SteelBook. These are pics of the magnet on my Looper SteelBook

Initially Amazon listed the Deluxe Limited Edition as a steelcase packaging. But now it is no longer listed that way and they might just be shipping the cardboard slipbox like the UK edition. I will stop by Best Buy and Walmart tonight to check if they carry the metalpak.

I think it will be Walmart that gets the steelbook because when i went to pick up the lenticular card the TVs were playing superman stuff and mentioned that Walmart had some exclusive agreements for the the movie which I assume means the products

Decided to go ahead an pick this up today and have to say this lenticular magnetic card looks pretty sharp and would go perfect with a steelbook for this movie. Here's hoping this actually comes through (and not as a metal pack like some of the other recent Wal-Mart releases)...

Think I'll keep the card sealed for now and wait to see if we get any confirmation as there is a good window before you have to enter the info online to get the movie anyway. If its not a steelbook, just not sure the magnetic card will be worth the extra $$$ as I don't have another use for it.

Was in wally world again tonight getting some random items and decided to swing by electronics. This one store I had saw maybe 30-40 of these was down to 4. Now Im not sure how many they have of these things but if there becomes a point where they drop the magnet YOU will regret it.!!

So I see how this works - I posted the pictures of the Deluxe CD over a week ago and people went meh and now Drum's got more pictures and folks gone ga-ga over them. And my custom steelbook with the magnetic lenticular cover also got lukewarm reception.

OK then, let's see if third time is a charm with another MoS goodie
