got an e-mail from PA's kate, saying they don't expect it to sell out soon.
it might take some weeks to be sold out. but like always, if it does, everybody wants one.

even if they got 400 orders in in the first 10 minutes, that doesnt mean it sells on in the same speed after that. incoming orders may significantly slow down after die-hard collectors (like us) got their early orders in.

Yeah I'm not expecting this edition to sell out fast either. We are "guesstimating" they sold 400 copies but the fact it's that a Lars Von Trier movie is a hard to sell product. It's a very niche market movie, similar to The Wrestler. I bought this edition because of the amazing work PA did, not for the movie itself. If they do such an amazing job with a mainstream, blockbuster kind of movie we would be here now talking about how fast got sold out.

I was nervous about not getting one either so I emailed them a while back and got the invoice (and a Thank You message from Kate) within the hour. I didn't want to jinx my order by waiting any longer.

Lovely film - usually only go for steels but the quality of the Kimchi items has made me excited over other quality releases from that part of the world.
I'm sure that, if and when it gets a steel, I'll double dip (which I never do, unless it's dvd steel & buray steel).

I'm always in utter shock when PLAIN releases don't sale out within the first few days. These are truly master class editions that deserve the attention of all collectors. I'm just glad we're ahead of the curve and won't have to look back and ask, "how did I miss this?"

Yeah I got it eventually. Small packet seemed a touch cheaper than K-packet. Not entirely sure what the difference is, but I stuck with K-packet as that is what I normally use from Korea.
