You're right .... it's not ... the hard part is conveying a message to one person, who has to convey to another who then to another etc. and then for the end employees to follow suit.
Bottom line, all this is getting passed on .... so we'll get it right here eventually as this is mission is not impossible.
Huge shame about those damaged ones guys. Pretty sure after this cock up that Play will have no choice but to sort the packaging out!

Having a quick movie pause to let you know the steel looked mint until I opened it and it has a nasty dint on the front left hand side. I do not think this has happened in the post as it looks like another manufactuer flaw.Anyhow back to the movie and so far its great.
there nothing worst as a collector when you oped a package for a steelbook you are waiting for and to see it's damaged...just a horrible feeling!
Play should get the message loud and clear real quick.
Once they see all of these damaged steels being returned they start seeing the error of their ways and the money they're losing because most of those steels are complete garbage with the dents they have.
The extra cost to package them right should be weighed against the money they'll lose from returns and lost additional sales.
I'm sure they'll get their new packaging going in a hurry.

Think I may return mine but chances are it will now be out of print.Or at least will be by the time they process my return

But surely the posty has to take some blame for that. I opened one of mine today and luckily its ok, not sure if the other one is good but i feel for you buddy! Just think how scary this might be for us with the new waves! Couple of years ago i used to open my steels with little regard, the amount of care that goes into it now, coupled with the fear of pre-existing damage is going to make end of May and early June interesting....

All depends on how quickly they get returns, they normally refund me the day they receive the package.
I would like to say yes, but unfortunately, I can't. Their customer service is appalling.
I also have an order in. Because this was cheaper then the upcoming Dutch steelbook. But this just sucks. I already have the feeling mine will be dented too. 
How is the refunding with shipping costs? Do I have to e-mail them my shipping proof?
Or they just take a look at the stamp?

You need to email a scan of the postage receipt, they have a standard max price they say they will pay, but if you give proof they've always refunded me the difference.
