I declare lower value on customs slip & Invoice and this is first time custom hold my package from kimchidvd with that option. No problem before.

i wonder how uk customs handle usa imports from many amazon 3rd party sellers then... there is a lot of retailers that usually dont include an invoice in the envelope, and just declare the value on the sticker.

luckily i've never had any problems with the austrian customs (or is it just vienna?). either they are just lazy, and let 99% of the transferred goods pass without looking at it, or they have established a system where they dont care about packages with a value below 100€, but double-charge on the ones over 100€ by delivering it with austrian post service that has another import fee of 10€... (happened to me twice, but i've never had to pay a single cent on any other overseas import ) .


however, i'm very excited how they will handle my orders from korea...

Yes. It's got through customs, then gone from the international hub to the uk distribution hub.

This basically means, it'll be on its way to you tomorrow, probably. It should update to be at your local delivery depot and hen out for delivery.

From previous experience customs will 'assess' it's value, then deliver it to your local sorting office, and send you an invoice for the customs fees (plus their handling charge naturally) It usually takes around 5 days I think.

Hey, please, check your copies. Because, the steelbook's quality is not good. If you open it, you can find paint chips & scratches, white dust. I dissapointed about the quality.

I inform to people, Kimchidvd exclusive & Blufans exclusive steelbooks is made in China. Finally, China steelbook quaility is so terrible. And they sell expensive price. So, I doubt their exclusive steelbook next time. They need check quality. Monsters Inc. steelbook was terrible condition.

If I will receive replacement, it is same. Most of this title got same problem. Kimchidvd have to check the quality or change to Demark Scanavo.
